Vaux, peaceful village situated on the banks of the Yonne. On a total area of 400 hectares, in the 19th century, 200 were occupied by vineyards, the wine barrels were placed on wooden barges that traveled to Paris. Today 45 hectares of vineyards are planted on the two hills of the village. Vaux is located in a valley between two hills overlooking the river, 500 people live there.
