Old glacial terrace, the "Val de Blore" is a broad and pleasant valley planted with larch and surrounded by mountains. Composed of three villages and a ski resort and summer activities: The Bolline, La Roche, St. Dalmas, Colmiane, and a hamlet Mollières, and partly included in the Mercantour National Park, is a Valdeblore common ministry that has to turn to summer tourism and winter sports (ski resort of La Colmiane).

• The Bolline:

• Church of St. Jacques le Mineur (eighteenth century) with its Romanesque bell tower.
• Chapel of the Penitents.

• La Roche:

• Chapel of Mercy (Black Penitents).

• Saint-Dalmas:

• 11th century Romanesque church with crypt (altarpieces of the 15th and 16th centuries).
• Ruins of the ramparts and fortifications.
