Valbonnais is the head of the canton of Valbonnais with 10 municipalities and 1,600 inhabitants. The location, just outside the Parc National des Ecrins, its climate and said "Nice little of" making it a very pleasant village to live.

The summer exhibition of Valbonnais place since 1990 and runs from July 13 to August 15. 40 exhibitors invest the multipurpose room: there are both of wood, glass, porcelain, and local and regional products, cosmetics, lace paper ... Admission is free and the expo is open continuously for 5 weeks: 9 to 12 hours and 14h to 19h. An Audience Award is awarded by the visitors and their ticket is also the instant raffle ticket (everyone knows immediately if he won!).
The Nature of Triathlon Valbonnais saw its fourth edition in 2011, it attracts more and more people and offers courses for different levels (small, families, sports).
