Rooms, word of Celtic origin, means the place where you stop. Arbuissonnas-rooms, located in the center of the Community of Municipalities, is known by lovers of history and architecture.
The history of the town found the first traces of occupation from the Palaeolithic (37,000 to 5,000 years BC) with arrowheads, scrapers and chisels.
At the time of the Gauls, the sherds comb pottery and not tour, is dated 4th century BC C.

Arbuissonnas retains a charming church wedged inside an old priory of the Abbey Ainay.
A Museum in the Street has been installed since 2004 with 11 historical panels illustrated with old postcards. Also a tourist site, with exhibits tracing the history of the village, from the prehistoric and Gallo-Roman, with a particular development to the Enlightenment and the life of Countess Canonesses in their 18th home century.
