Saint-Sornin-Leulac, located on the RN 145 (axis Atlantic Center Europe), is a stopover for many tourists who go to either the ocean or toward the mountains. At the center of Bourg, a shady square and equipped with all the nearby shops, allows a moment of rest. A recreational area with games for children, located at the west exit, you will have a picnic safely.
The town offers a verdant countryside with many lakes, two of which are open to fishing (from April to October). Valley Brame makes beautiful walks through the villages of Vaupoutour, the Moulin des Rampiottes and Moulin de Lavaud.
Since 1973, the charming little town of Saint-Priest-the-Betoux is linked to that of Saint-Sornin-Leulac
- The church Saint-Sornin-Leulac: This 12th century church in the Romanesque style was revamped and restored several times. Being situated on the protected site of the "Valley Gartempe" is the subject of a protection campaign. Indeed, its steeple has been selected by a colony of bats as a place of motherhood, therefore, the Regional Academy of Natural Areas, in collaboration with the city, to put in place arrangements to avoid any damage to the buildings and encourage the repopulation of the species Grand Murin aligned with the local population.
- The statue of Marianne: Located at the entrance of City Hall, this statue representing the allegory of the French Republic has been offered to the town in 1882 by his children, paving the streets of Paris.
- The church of Saint-Priest-the-Betoux: This charming little church hall beautifully renovated and has retained outside his small cemetery contiguous to his bedside. It houses many beautiful statues and a painting of Madonna and child "hosted by the emperor in 1865. A procession takes place every year on Ascension Day, the route joins the cross of stones and metal around the village and that we decorate for the occasion.

- Museum of Rene Baubérot Châteauponsac:
- Located in a former Benedictine priory of the 14th century, the first ethnographic museum in the Limousin has 24 rooms (900m ²) of rich and varied collections of everyday life in Limousin in 1900: kitchen limousine girls rooms, carpenter shop, basket-maker, blacksmith? The various reconstructions very neat and with live models and designs will seduce you at any age and you will discover the roots of memory limousine. Each year a new ethnographic exhibition is presented in the annex of the museum: Maison du Terroir.
