Located in Velay, in the south of Auvergne, exceptional site overlooking the gorges of the Allier, Saint Privat is a small village of 428 inhabitants, rising to 875 meters above sea level, located 22 kilometers from Le Puy-en -Velay.

The picturesque and quiet of the place lends itself to holiday relaxation for young and old.

Borrowed past by the first pilgrims, it is now the preferred step of walking the path of Saint Jacques de Compostela, via Via Podensis (GR 65), can enjoy this place with character, perched on its rocky outcrop.

As if to reveal the name of adventure Gevaudan plants his claws in this region, it suffices to know that here the road passes the beast!
