In the extreme south-east of the department, near the southern Drôme and Vaucluse High, belongs with Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche surrounding the Mediterranean world. A region dominated by vineyards (Côtes du Rhône southern) and the olive-backed to the first major areas of scrubland pierced by the river canyon.
