History:

Although its history goes back probably to the time of the Gauls with the entrenched installed on the site of Narbonne, the 6th is really where it all begins. A hermit named St. Leonard decides to isolate himself and built an altar and a cell. Soon the site becomes a place of pilgrimage named Vandoeuvre. A monastery is built, replaced by the present church in the 12th century.

The lands of St. Leonard also received large estates, families and Linthe Hardaz were the benefactors of the village for many centuries.

• The church of Saint-Léonard: reworked many times, it still retains some traces its origins to the 12th century, namely the small openings and Romanesque vaulting inside the barrel. A window shows one of the miracles attributed to Saint-Leonard, one of the snake.
• The manor Linthe (private property) located at the entrance of the village on the road Sougé-the-Ganelon it was built in part around the 15th century by the family Linthe. True fortified manor, he served as a refuge and the local population during periods of unrest. This area is still visible: the flee the house and some elements of the bakery.
