Saint-Florent-sur-Auzonnet Cevennes is a village which has 1,150 souls. It is part of the Community of Communes "Living in the Cevennes".

About twenty minutes Ales, fifty minutes from Nimes, 20 km from the Lozere and 15 km from the Ardèche, Saint-Florent is a small village high in the Cevennes Gard offers all the benefits of campaign (hiking, local products ...). It is a quiet village but active in a bower. It is located 30 km from the slopes of the Mas de la Barque and 90 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean.
In autumn, the time of chestnuts and mushrooms and season of beautiful mountain walks. You can also fish in the Auzonnet which crosses the village and rolls its waters in which trout and other fish to the delight of young and older children.
Various hiking trails in the surrounding countryside is open, you can wander around on foot or by bike.
