Located at the gateway to Normandy, Rosny-sur-Seine offers to those who pass the face of a small village of Ile-de-France. Its history is linked to that of M. de Sully, Minister of Henry the 4th to whom we owe this phrase: "Plowing and pastures are the two breasts of France".

• The forest of 1,500 hectares, managed by the regional administration, is conducive to walking, cycling, horse. At the heart of this area, a paved road, limited access, allows families with a person in a wheelchair or with limited mobility can enjoy a journey of several hundred meters to 6 kilometers in a triangle, with parking at entry of this protected natural area. The NFB and the Green Spaces Agency organize outings together (timing is known in City Hall). The association also offers Décou'vertes outings.
• A towpath provides a pleasant stroll along the Seine and picnics with family, even if you do not reside in the town.
• Going back to the station, going through the castle of Sully, currently being restored. Its wrought iron gate closes the lane up to the castle, but the avenue of chestnut trees in your back takes you back to the parking lot of the college where you could leave your car for this afternoon bucolic.

• Each year, Ascension, during communal feasts, fireworks are fired from the opposite bank of the Seine.
• Le CSMR organizes an annual 'Trail, a foot race, which enjoys a good reputation with several distances for juniors or adults.
• A tavern on the banks of the Seine on a Sunday is organized annually by the municipality.

• Station Rosny-sur-Seine can start for a journey into the forest, passing by a gazebo with a magnificent view of the loop Guernes, to rail Bonnières (also in the valley) or Breval (on the shelf , through the hamlet Apremont offering a commanding view of his magnificent mansion.)
• Another path may lead you to the station of Mantes-Station to that of Rosny, overlooking views of the Community of Agglomeration and alternating through villages, forests and ending with the GR.
