Located 40 km south of Toulouse, the town of Rieumes has always been the stronghold of trade Savès. In 1790, Rieumes became a chief town of the district whose energy trading will be double the urban area between 1830 and 1860. The fairs Rieumes are known and require the construction of two halls and several windmills.

Rieumes is a city that has preserved its rich heritage.
