Plestin-les-Grèves (Plistin) is a rural community of about 3790 inhabitants (almost 10 000 in summer).
Located on the north coast of Brittany to the boundary between the Cotes d'Armor and Finistère, it is halfway between Morlaix and Lannion (20km).
Geographically located in the historic Trégor, Plestin-les-Grèves is the common capital of Canton and depends on the district of Lannion and the department of Cotes d'Armor (Treg - Britain). It is part of the urban community-Lannion Trégor.
The town is heavily wooded and hilly terrain. It is crossed by four rivers. Plestin-les-Grèves has a beautiful coastline with a small marina and many sandy beaches spread over two bays, including the famous Strand League flanked by his legendary Big Rock.
The village, away from the D 786 (Lannion, Morlaix), was renovated in the late 20th century. It is paved with the old. The center includes a full set of small shops lining the south and a City Hall plaza surrounding the parish church dedicated to Saint Efflam north.
In 2010, for the label a flower floral village.
In 2012, the beaches of the Silver Rock and The Priests have been awarded the Blue Flag.
SIGHTSEEING
The Gallo-Roman thermal baths of Hogolo. The spa building which dates from the year 50, on a remarkably preserved coastal dune, was reached during the excavation of 1981et restored in 1992.
