Pérenchies is a small northern town of over 7,000 inhabitants called Pérenchinois (e) s. From a farming village, it became a textile industrial city. Located west of Lille, Pérenchies prepares for a new future, developing his craft areas and preserving a certain quality of life. During the 20th century, various foreign populations (Belgian, Polish, Italian, Portuguese) came to settle in search of a job or better living conditions.
