Pellafol lies at the foot of the famous and majestic Obiou, whose rise can be made from the neck of Faïsses above the hamlet of Payas. His many hamlets scattered on the plain Pellafol overlooking the lake Sautet, conducive to fishing and boating. Part of the town is classified Natura 2000 (European site chosen for its biodiversity and landscape quality, media ...).
