The open weekends of the castles (Spring of the castles) take place in April in the Médoc. Visits, tastings and various animations are at the rendezvous.
In June, it is the feast of lamb and wine in Pauillac. Numerous animations during the weekend: giant garage sale, transhumance, enthronement, sheep shearing, waders' parade...
La Solitaire du Figaro every 2 years from the port of Pauillac. A solo and step-by-step sailing race, the monotype character of the race, the presence of great solo sailors and the opening to amateurs make it one of the most popular sailing races in France and the mother of the offshore races.
All summer, the city of Pauillac organizes events:

In July: festival of the cinema Les Vendanges du 7ème Art.
Every Tuesday and Thursday from mid-July to the end of August, a meeting with twenty winegrowers is organized at the Maison du Tourisme et du Vin de Pauillac.
Every day from July to the end of August, a winegrower presents you and tastes his wines at the House of Tourism and Wine of Pauillac.
Music and Cook and Wine: in August. In front of the estuary in the gardens of the House of Tourism and Wine of Pauillac, tasting, meals and music are honored during an evening.

The Médoc-Vignoble Tourist Office informs you : - The Conservatoire de l'Estuaire de la Gironde is presenting an exhibition of works by "estuarine" artists : painter David de Souza and sculptors from the association "Sculpter la Pierre au Mugron". - The works will be on display during the opening days and hours of the Maison du Tourisme et du Vin. - The vernissage will take place on Thursday April 25 at 7pm. It is open to the public free of charge. - The artists will be present on April 20 and 27, May 11 and 25 and June 1.

Les Estivales de Musique en Médoc is the only festival in France, and even in the world, to present a concert program entirely dedicated to young winners of international competitions.
