Nancy-sur-Cluses village and hamlet of Rome is ideally located for touring the Haute-Savoie, 10 minutes and Cluses halfway Annecy, Geneva and Chamonix (50 km). The village has remained quiet and authentic. It offers many opportunities for sports activities as well as cultural. Its history and heritage are rich but poorly understood. For centuries, hawkers (or vendors) left the village to earn money in distant lands. A number of them made their fortune: they offered to their parish churches they have built and decorated and have also used their money to beautify and personalize their home. The history of agricultural life and wag formerly Nancy-sur-Cluses is also interesting with all its memories and traditions.
