City Morcenx has a special characteristic: it is composed of two cities, which is rare for a city the size of a capital city of Canton. There are "Morcenx-village" with its houses Landes, its bourgeois homes that is now a neighborhood, three kilometers, "Morcenx-Station", a new city arose from the arrival of the railway.
