Located on a rocky mountain, the village of Mons, with its 814 meters, is the highest of Fayence. Common very large, approaching 800 acres, the land sprawls monsois the altitude of 241 m (confluence Siagne - Siagnole) at 1715 m Mount Lachens (highest point of the entire region).

Piazza San Sebastian holds the attention with its panorama: you can even see Corsica on a clear day!

The church, begun in the 13th century and enlarged at various times, especially in the 15th and 17th centuries, has a rare set of 17th century Baroque altarpiece, listed as historic monuments, and two processional crosses also classified. Visit the church Tuesday through Saturday by appointment at 15h, contact the Tourist Office.

The Chapel of Our Lady (on the road to Callian) dating from the 17th century offers a splendid view over the village.

The Chapel of St. Sebastian or White Penitents chapel much of which now houses the Town Hall.
