Former summer residence of the bishops of Toul Liverdun is a very long time a resort town, known as the small Deauville in the Belle Epoque, when bathing in the Moselle were still allowed.

The medieval city perched on a rocky outcrop offers breathtaking views of the loop of the Moselle. The Tourist Office organizes guided tours through the streets with Renaissance houses.

Each year the Office of Tourism organizes two major festivals:

Medieval Festival, traditionally the third Sunday in May, from 10am to 20pm. Day change of scenery provided in the heart of the medieval through the reconstruction of scenes of life, an old market and various animations. This event allows you to plunge into a world 500 years ago.

Since 2010, Day 1900 has been replaced by a walk Gourmande "Between Chaouettes and Madeleines". The next edition will take place in April 2012.
