The Rousse resort consists of 4 villages, Les Rousses, Lamoura, Prémanon Upstream and Wood. In winter, the resort of Redhead change of scenery! We have: 50 km of downhill runs several massive and 220 km of Nordic ski trails spread over six sectors. Enjoy skiing but also snowshoeing, skijoring, ski, walks on foot or by dog sled, decorated in stunning landscape of pine, spruce that hide many animals that reflect the nature preserve!
Nothing better after a day outdoors than to go ice skating or to visit the many museums and artisans of the station that you explain the passion with expertise and history of Upper Jura.
The Rousse resort hosts major events throughout the year such as Transjurassienne and Transjeune, the Recre families, the Polar Film Festival taking place in winter, and the lake festival, the Feast of the Abonde and Stories in the Woods summer.
Transju'trail: early June. Transju'trail is running a long distance through the Jura Mountains, between Mouthe, Morecambe and Lamoura. It is offered by the organizers of the famous Transjurassienne which takes place in February each year.
In July: tales in the woods. An invitation to travel to share with family! Come lend an ear listening to the tales of storytellers and storytellers on unusual sites housing the treasures of the local flora and fauna. An appointment for a magical homecoming so cultural, entertaining and funny ...
