Le Malzieu-Ville: Pearl Valley.

Le Malzieu-Ville is a medieval 13th century, situated in the heart of Gevaudan to 860 m altitude. With its 914 inhabitants, it has preserved its authentic character, now restored by the rules of buildings France. Natural curiosities, tourist facilities and shops blend harmoniously with its heritage and its exceptional nature of the Monts Margeride which earned him yet his name Pearl Valley.

Not to mention the inescapable history of the "Beast of Gevaudan" that which has raged on the outskirts of the city between 1764 and 1767.
