Located 30 km from Sables d'Olonne, 35 km from La Roche-sur-Yon and 17 km from Luzon, the town of Frost is located near the intersection of Red Bridge. It is composed of the town and several villages north towards Moutiers and south after the RD949.
The name comes from Le Givre a place full of vipers (same origin as the Grisse). The town was burned during the wars of Vendée (church). The Brunière the castle was rebuilt in the Renaissance from the ruins of a medieval castle.
SIGHTSEEING
The castle of Brunière, historic monument to include one of its chimneys shaped butter dish, its chimneys, the roof, the stone bridge and sinks (do not visit).
