Founded at the turn of the millennium, Laval has long been a gateway city at the crossroads of the provinces of Normandy, Brittany, Anjou and Maine.
In this location, has preserved a rich architectural heritage which was added without an urban excess in the 19th century.

Gallo-Roman Entrammes: 10 minutes Laval, the baths have been remarkably preserved by transforming them into church. Discovered in 1987, they retain their system including hypocaust heating and a wall of 8.5 meters.
Small City of Character Parné-sur-Roc: built as the name suggests "the rock", the Small City of Character is a beautiful floral village. The church contains murals of the 16th century and has a bell tower of the 12th century entirely of stone. The village has a fine collection of wooden houses, stone and brick and a charming medieval bridge over the Goose.
