Small town of 116 inhabitants, Lapanouse-de-Cernon characterized by rolling small mountain at 520 meters.
This town is located in the valley of Cernon entering the western flank of the plateau of Larzac.
Lapanouse keeps its medieval fort a square tower and some remains of walls still visible in the center of the village. These fortifications dating from the Hundred Years War when the residents of Armagnac obtained the right to protect British and roads.
- In addition to the old Gothic bridge that crosses the Cernon noteworthy are the architectural details that adorn the houses: a beautiful staircase, a terrace, a dovecote.
- The church of Saint-Martial has a vaulted apse semi-dome and bell tower of the 19th century.

La Bastide-Pradines is built on a steep stretching over a long gray rocky ridge overlooking the valley Cernon and sheltered by the plateau of Larzac. The two bridge arches, one a slight bump and the other semicircular, is to discover. Branch then Lapanouse-de-Cernon village which also has a beautiful bridge.
- For the D77 and turn left on a few miles, arriving in the village. Lapanouse-de-Cernon Bridge, a length of 30.20 m, 2 semicircular arches of limestone. The village contains a pretty Romanesque church, St. Martial, with a tower dating from the 19th century. The route ends in a playful way the bike track Sainte-Eulalie-de-Cernon.
- By the D561 to Sainte-Eulalie then towards the old station and is the starting point of vélorail. The circuits borrow a portion of track where you cross the bridges and viaducts, while enjoying the view that awaits you!
