At the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc, Lacaune-les-Bains is located in the foothills of the Massif Central. A 120 km from Toulouse and Montpellier, it enjoys a privileged location. Low mountain region, the various climatic influences benefit meats and Lacaune Mountains may boast of being the capital of Delicatessen in southwestern France and an ideal place for hiking. With its diverse scenery, lush forests of hardwoods and conifers interspersed with vast agricultural areas, the region offers a remarkable range of colors. Country Healing with the source and cradle Mount Roucous of the Sheep Lacaune (which in the manufacture of Roquefort), Lacaune-les-Bains welcomes you in all seasons.

• Nature "In the Footsteps of the Wild Child": trail 3 km in the heart of Nature to relive the history of this unusual child discovered in the late 18th century in the wood of the bowl. Open from Easter to Halloween. Walking shoes recommended. Not practicable in the stroller and innacessible disabled. Booklets of visit and activities available at tourist information office Lacaune-les-Bains. In July and August, Tuesdays at 14:30: Guided tour "in the shadow of the Wild Child."
• Museum of Old Lacaune: Exploring the lives of Lacaune of 1700 to 1940 through scenes of lives rebuilt (the classroom, forging, thermal baths, the Hall of the Wild Child ...). Open from May 1 to June 30 and September: daily from 15h to 18h (except Sundays and Mondays) in July and August: daily from 10.30am to 12pm and from 14:30 to 18:30.
• Discovery Heritage Trail: Fountains of the circuit including the Fountain of Pisseure, dating from 1559, listed Historical Monument, which symbolizes the diuretic water Lacaune.
• Spinning Ramond: a fascinating tour with carding and spinning machines dating from 1841. Visitors from 15 June to 15 September: Monday to Friday at 15h. In July and August, Wednesday at 14:30: Circuit commented "it was once the wool."
• House of Pork: The Story of know-how and a tradition. Open from 15 June to 15 September: daily from 10am to 12pm and from 14:30 to 18. In July and August, Thursdays and Fridays at 14:30: Circuit commented: "Cured of Lacaune" with a visit to a cottage industry.
• Numerous trails of Nature: Martinou, the Pansieri Montalet ...
• Hiking: 120 km of marked trails (Roc's Montalet, Train, Ardoisières ...) and the new trail in three days "following the Wild Child" (Lacaune - La Salvetat - Lac Laouzas) .
• Bike tour: 180 km of marked trails.
• Nordic Walking: 3 routes (Redondel, Romania, Bel Vespra) and a toboggan.
