Located in the center of Alsace, at the confluence of the Ill and Fecht, this small village of former fishermen Ill is known in the world of haute cuisine well beyond French borders thanks to its 3-star Michelin restaurant .

You will find the banks of the Ill of punting still used today anglers.

Illhaeusern is located in an area known as the fen, a wetland dominated by meadows and woods.
