The valley where the village was a gathering of wild boars, hence the name Hurecourt, attracted by the source that still exists in the village. The source and the laundry where it overflows have been covered. It is clear that many clothes were washed on the banks of the wash!
The 18th century church was recently renovated, the tower has a new dome with glazed tiles. The interior has been lovingly restored but soberly, you can admire a magnificent wooden statue of Mary Magdalene, the patron saint of the village.
An ordeal of 1695 is located near the town hall and a wrought iron cross on the road Demangevelle, commemorates Saint Isidore, patron saint of laborers.
