Located in the Drôme des Collines, the municipality of Hostun is located in the Monts du Matin, foothills of the Vercors massif.

Saint-Martin, the former village has a church ranked eleventh. The chapel and newly refurbished Priory are an important and interesting local heritage. The stone houses of the village of Saint-Martin give a special character.

Hostun is located near the Royans, gateway to the Vercors Regional Natural Park, with its famous ravioli to the delight young and old. Other specialties to discover: the curd Chabeuil, the Saint-Marcellin, Bleu du Vercors Sassenage, trout Vercors.
