Location: The city of Herblay is located in the Val-d'Oise and depends on the district of Argenteuil. Chief city of Canton (Canton Herblay-La Frette-sur-Seine), it is 20 minutes from Paris' Gare Saint-Lazare, direction Mantes-la-Jolie and is accessible by road, direction Cergy -Pontoise by A15, exit Paw Goose Herblay-Herblay center.

A little history: Known names Arbrelidum (754) Erblay, Arblay. Lordship of the abbots of Saint-Denis and the Chapter of Notre-Dame de Paris, the stronghold of Jean de Beauvais in the 14th century manor Chumont of the next century and the 16th century, Ailegrin.
