• The statue of Our Lady of Hayange:

• The statue of Our Lady of Hayange is the great work of Abbe Riff, archpriest hayangeois, but the original idea back to Ms. Junger, born Catherine Humbert. The latter, in his will, made a bequest of 15,000 francs (€ 2,286.73) to the Board of Manufactures. According to his wishes, a portion of that money was intended to raise on the coast of the Vines a statue of the Virgin Parish Hayange dominant. The Abbot Riff took this project to heart and made a search in every house in the parish. Once the funds raised, he chose a location where the Virgin Hayange dominate the valley and the region, accompanied by Father Leglise then he went on the hills of Vaudemont, Notre-Dame de Sion, which he chooses Lady model. He made the order.
• Work began May 19, 1903 and was completed in late October of that year. The statue alone cost 12,000 francs (€ 1,819.37). Cast iron in local factories, weighing 6 ½ tons and it stands on its 7-meter high granite pedestal of 14 meters. Father Riff died on Good Friday 1904 before its completion. So the Abbot Besnard who prepared the inauguration which took place October 2, 1904.
• For many years, every August 15, Our Lady of Hayange became a place of pilgrimage.
• The bombing has spared the statue, but the time left its imprint of rust on the building. To restore it, a public subscription was launched. Donations poured in from everywhere, including that of Jean-Paul Belmondo, the film's lead actor heir whose first images show the Virgin of Hayange. The restoration took place in 1982. Light now illuminates the night. Such an appearance, it ensures the open arms of the valley hard hit by the crisis, it remains the symbol and hope.

• The church of Saint Martin:

• In 1882, is given permission to build the church of St. Martin, the former church dating from 1771 is revealing too small. The first stone was laid June 12, 1883.
• On November 15, 1884, the church was consecrated by Bishop Fleck in the presence of the City Council escorted by the fire brigade, the Council of Manufactures, benefactors of the work of Baron Theodore de Gargan and family Wendel.
• Built entirely of stone Neufchef, the church is part of the Italian Renaissance style on the model of the Trinity in Paris.

• The organ:

• Opened February 19, 1895, the organ of Saint-Martin was the greatest instrument ever built by the workshops Haerpfer Dalston.
• Renaissance style, the woodwork is beautiful: the front beech varnished, two monumental statues of King David and St. Cecilia are fake wood painted cast iron, the tin front pipes. The instrument is listed since September 16, 1993.
• Composition of the instrument: 53 games, three keyboards, each with 56 ratings, pipes 3207, 4000 Bellows fish skin, 1,200 meters of pipe.
• The experts describe it as an exceptional piece: an organ with pneumatic action. It is the largest organ in Moselle with remarkable acoustics.

• The castle Guy de Wendel

• The castle built in 1906 by Guy de Wendel is Germanic Romantic style.
• The park's area totaled 4.3 ha. We admire the fountains, pools, greenhouses, a hanging garden. Of rare trees were planted. The interior of the castle was equipped with wood paneling, marble fireplaces, a library remarkable carved solid oak.
• The castle was inhabited until 1978 by Ségolène Wendel, last member of the family who had ruled for 274 years Hayange.

• Castle Wendel

• In 1704, Jean-Martin Wendel acquires dilapidated forges the "Rudolph". It is then finished building a castle around 1720.
• At that time, the castle consisted of a ground floor and two floors. Then the castle will grow at the rate of the industrial empire.
• The castle was restored and modified by Mr. Humbert de Wendel (1876-1954). The original buildings were partially demolished in 1935 and rebuilt in the style of the 18th century.
• Now part of the patrimony of the Urban Community of Fensch Valley, part of the castle was demolished in 2007.
• Three buildings remain: the building of the clock, the chapel and the pavilion of Robert Wendel.

• The Chapel of Wendel

• Listed as Historic Monuments September 25, 1980, the chapel of Wendel is the second building to receive this distinction.
• The sepulchral chapel of the Wendel family, located in the park of De Gaulle, was consecrated March 4, 1854 and dedicated to Saint Joseph, patron of a happy death.
• Until then, the dead of the family were buried in the parish church. The tomb contained 26 fours. The first burial, that of Victor François de Wendel was in 1850, and last, that of Maurice de Wendel in 1961.

• The spur striped wood of oaks:

• Site fortified Iron Age (-700 to -50 BC.). To build this defensive work, manufacturers have primarily utilized the natural relief.
• The board is the least protected access course and was reinforced by a rampart preceded by a gap, both still well marked in the landscape.
• At the time of its use, this rampart built of wood siding and earth had a dry stone topped by a palisade.
• Only a small entrance that was inside the enclosure.
• The steep slopes that hold back the progression of potential attackers have reduced the defenses of the other side of the spur to a much less imposing wall, leaving traces more discreet.

• A road, a school:

• This path connects the different parts of Hayange.
• From a distance of 11.3 km and marked, this course allows the discovery of hiking, history, economics, local legends and the fauna and flora.
• Supported by the National Federation of Ramblers, this operation seeks the help of schools, walking clubs, the tourist office and inter-association sociocultural Hayange.

• The Museum of the iron mines of Neufchef:

• 1.5 km of galleries visited, 30 sites in real work, guided by former miners, three exhibition rooms, an audiovisual room.
