Ideally located 14 km from Narbonne (Narbonne motorway exit exchanger East), Gruissan is an old fishing village responsible for traditions, but also a young lively resort of about thirty years. It is also a village "gourmet kitchen" as the brasucade of mussels, sardines, eels from the Provencal, the seafood pie with pine nuts and accompany some of these dishes the now famous fleur de sel Salins of the island St. Martin.
