Natural Reserve of Platier Oye: It is situated on the coast near the town of Oye-Plage between Calais and Dunkerque and stops on the left bank of the estuary of the Aa Pas-de-Calais. The dune environment of Platier of Goose presents a diversity of important habitats in a relatively small area (beach and foreshore, dunes, mudflats and wet grasslands). The Coastal Protection has acquired since 1979, more than 200 hectares of lands in this reservation.
