Golfe-Juan Bay, sheltered from all winds offers the full range of water sports and beach: boat trips, lazing on the beaches, recreational and sports activities. The advantage: its sandy beaches and a wide variety of seabed, including a reserve where the whole Mediterranean flora and fauna found their place. Note: the average temperature of water ranges from 13 ° C to 25 ° C.
Over a length of 3.5 kilometers of coastline, stretching from side ports Golfe-Juan, sandy beaches, public and private: West of Golfe-Juan, to Cannes, those of the Sun to the old port. To the east of Golfe-Juan, to Juan-les-Pins, near the beaches of the south of Port Camille Rayon (often referred to as new beaches created in 1989). The swimming is prohibited in the channel reserved for boats as well as beyond the line of yellow buoys.
Monitoring of beaches: The beaches are public Golfe-Juan monitored during the summer by lifeguards. Their mission is prevention among swimmers, their trip and interventions at sea if necessary. Supervision schedules: From 10:40 to 18h every day in summer.
Private beaches offer sunny days and catering services varied rental mattresses, chairs, umbrellas, swimming lessons.
SIGHTSEEING
On the beaches of the south: water sports and activities: waterskiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, stand up paddle, parasailing, jet-skiing. Open from May to October.
