The town of Fraissinet-de-Lozère extends from the top of the Roc Finiels Laubies to the Tarn.

Facing south at an altitude ranging from 650 m to 1699 m, it includes the villages of runes, Fraissinet-de-Lozère, the Bush, Finialettes, Racoules the Viala and part of the village of Pont-de-Montvert east side.

Partly in the central zone of the Cevennes National Park, the town has a wealth of interest: the cascade of runes that drop height of 70 m, a little further chaos lunar Rocmusel surprise visitors. The abandoned villages of Pagliacci and Peyregui have been a perfect location for many films.

The church Fraissinet-de-Lozère is dated 13th century and was completely renovated, and we admire its painted decorations including the oldest of which date back to 1670.
