Fabrègues is located ten kilometers from Montpellier and fourteen kilometers from the sea, close to major roads (RD 613) and motorway (A 9 and A 75).
Its territory, an area of 3147 hectares, consists of an urbanized area (6,261 inhabitants), an agriculture (vineyards, vegetable, grain) and a wooded area and protected, the massive Gardiole, overlooking the sea, popular with sports (walking, jogging, biking), hikers and hunters.
The Coulazou is the river that runs through the village. The layout of its surroundings (small lake, children's games) makes it an ideal place for walking and relaxing Fabréguois and fishermen. Despite its expansion, the village has retained its rural character that represents a major asset.
SIGHTSEEING

The massive Gardiole: hiking from the Town Hall.
Bridge over the royal highroad, late old regime (with arms cartridges hammered).
Chapel St. Baudile (eleventh or twelfth century Priory and Hermitage).
Bell tower of the church listed (with bell tower): down: 12th century up: 17th century bell of 1767 ranked.
Top Quarter: fortified gates, medieval houses and Renaissance.
Castle Agnac (Anias): prehistoric site later occupied by the Romans.
Castle Launac (Launas): prehistoric site later occupied by the Romans. But from 1175, then went home to the Temple Knights of Malta.
Roman bridge abutments on the Coulazou (Via Domitia).
Hamlet Mujolan (remains of the castle and remains of the chapel - classified).
The village has a superb recreation area including an athletics stadium with artificial turf, an indoor arena, a city stadium (multi-activity) open to all, a fitness trail and tennis. The municipality plans to build a skate park and another city stadium pretty quickly. An area with golf, pools, spa and restaurant welcomes tourists and business environment.
