Built on a rock safre shell color red, the village Entraigues-sur-la-Sorgue, formerly attached to the Comtat Venaissin (Papal States from the 13th to 18th century) is still today surrounded by a few remains of walls built in the 14th and 16th century.

EVENTS AND CELEBRATIONS
The open market on Wednesday morning.
The 1st Sunday of September, the association of merchants and organize the town hall craft fair, commercial and industrial, with a garage sale, in downtown. On the same day you find yourself in the hall edition of the show's bio and well being. The hackers, meanwhile, can find happiness on the big garage sale to accompany the fair.
For the Christmas season, a Christmas market is offered.
