Ducey, village-step, two steps from highway A84, opens its doors to the hinterland.

Upon arrival, the castle of Montgomery, Monument History 17th Century, has become among the flowers. It is the work of Gabriel 2nd in Montgomery, son of the famous Gabriel 1st (1526-1574), who was mortally wounded Henry II of France.

For nature lovers, Ducey offers a wonderful break of relaxation and discovery mingling forests and groves. Come fish in the 1st category river and its lakes rich in salmon and trout.

• The Montgomery Castle (Historical Monument):

• The lordship of Ducey entered the family of Montgomery in 1521 with the marriage of Jacques 1 of Montgomery, from an old Norman family, with Claude de la Boissiere heir lands Ducey. After the death of 1 of Gabriel Montgomery, Gabriel II's son, decides to rebuild the castle Ducey. Early work begins in the early years of the year 1600.
• The castle, leaving only the corner flag and a wing of a few meters away from it, houses a staircase innovative for its time, two huge fireplaces and a richly decorated ceiling in the French and coffered ceiling in the characteristic of the Italian Renaissance art.

• The old bridge spanning the Sélune is one of the oldest stone bridges in the region. Located on the path of pilgrims to the Mont-Saint-Michel, it was built in 1613 (listed historical monument).
