Dracy-le-Fort, door Chalonnaise, 10 minutes from the A6, is a village spread over an area of 636 hectares for a population of about 1,400 inhabitants. It depends on the Canton of Givry located north east of the department of Saone-et-Loire 8 km west of Chalon-sur-Saone.

Dracy-le-Fort is also part of the Grand Chalon which includes 39 municipalities and serves more than 100,000 people a space for dialogue to better decisions and better manage a territory that they share.
