SIGHTSEEING

Chateau de la Haye: In the 16th century, the castle belonged to Jean de Beaulieu, Lord and Vassal Nozay the Barony of Derval. In 1576, the land and the castle in The Hague are sold in "High and Mighty Lady" Margaret of Savoy, Duchess of Montmorency, Barrin Jacques, President of the Parliament of Brittany. It was a time of religious wars and the castle was not spared. Jacques Barrin had joined the League. In the 19th century, it was acquired by the family of Carheil. In 1953 it was bought by the association of St. Joseph Derval to install a college: the College Saint-Donatien.

Ruins of the keep of the castle of Saint-Clair: Unique dungeon remains of a feudal castle of the 13th century. English stronghold during the Hundred Years War, he suffered the onslaught of Bertrand Duguesclin. The tower is now a historic monument (open houses with interpretive signs on the site).

Thu mill: Built by the family before Voland 1883, the mill is designed to work with the wind, a motor (steam boiler) had still been added before the First World War, which allowed him to work almost continuously . There were then two workers, millers. In 1920, returning from the war, the mill became the property of Mr. Voland, the current owner.
