East of Coubisou find Estaing. The village owes its origin to a monastery of nuns back to the 11th century. Built on the hillside, fortified in the Middle Ages, Coubisou preserves two towers of the three elevations were defensive village. His wonderful church, back in the 15th century, this Romanesque apse in a cul-de-four, and contains a burial stone polychrome.

The House of the Vine, Wine and Landscape d'Estaing, the Escaillou on the RD 920, will deliver the history of Coustoubis. One of the smaller cooperatives in France, Les Vignerons d'Olt, you are in the House of the Vine, Wine and Landscape d'Estaing. Dedicated to this wine that is the old mountain wine Estaing - AOC - in its history and expertise of the winemakers of the Lot Valley, just a professional space and modern museum open to you. The component offers tasting and sales of wines with evocative names: Saint-Jacques, Admiral, Coustoubis ... wine described as "sharp and rocky, with flavors of terroir." Find their translation in three colors after local grape varieties: Red (cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, mansoi-Negret, merlot), pink (gamay, pinot, cabernet) and white (chenin, mauzac). The exhibition space and video projection gives some tips and leads to growing closer to the landscape of dry stone terraces on which the vine always won the sunny slopes. During your visit to the cave, a short film of twenty-five minutes and a tasting, share a little spirit of this country.
