Condé-sur-Noireau is a municipality located in the heart of the Suisse Normande, it is the most populated municipality of the Intercommunity with a population of about 6000 inhabitants. Its area can, however, that the sixth position with 1253 hectares.
During the 18th century, Conde was one of the busiest industrial cities of the department. It produces the canvas, linen, flax. The second personality is Charles Tellier, born in 1828 in Amiens, he was raised very young Condé-sur-Noireau and was educated at the College of the City.
