TOWN PRESENTATION

City Cléon, dominated by rocks with fleece changing, nestled along the Seine. Many curious people looked at the etymology of the name. Eudes Rigaud, Archbishop of Rouen in the 13th century, calls it "Claum" but according to other assumptions, Cléon come to an end of Celtic origin "Claie. If you think that people lived by fishing and other hurdles that were used to capture fish, the assumption seems plausible.

Under cover of the evolution of language, "Claie" would become: wattle, Cliona then Cléon. Evidence of the past, the city's heritage is a reflection of the lives of Cleonae over the centuries.

EVENTS AND CELEBRATIONS

The Blues March: In March, the blues are back at The Traverse, with his famous program between blues, jazz and rock'n'roll.
