Circourt-sur-Mouzon consists of four hamlets that are Brechaincourt La Milliere, Villars and Circourt.

The limestone cliffs bordering the county 2 is a curiosity: Grosse Roche and the Creux du Loup. Above, stretches the calcareous grassland classified natura 2000 (flora and fauna specific).
