Regional Nature Park of Luberon, Cadenet is a chief town of Canton.

Located on the right bank of the Durance, Cadenet is the gateway to the South Luberon. It is a hub of Marseille, Avignon, Manosque and Apt.

Cadenet is proud to be the birthplace of Andrew Stephens, the famous Drum Arcola, whose statue stands on the village square, and Felicien David, a composer of the 19th century.

You can visit the castle, cave dwellings and air theater where you contemplate beyond the Durance, Mont Sainte-Victoire.

Strolling through the winding streets, admire the church of Saint-Etienne and its treasure room, the bell tower, the belfry, fountains and wash houses.

You will discover the museum of Basketry, which preserves and presents witnesses to an activity that has been seared on the history of Cadenet the 18th to the 20th century.
