Brullioles means "Little Wood". The village is situated at the foot of Mount Pothu which culminates at 818 m. From this strategic point, the Romans watching the way Lyon - Bordeaux and the surrounding valleys. On clear days magnificent views over the looming Alps.

• The Church: The present church dates from the late 19th century and was built on the site of the old cemetery. It replaced the old church dating from the late 15th century and which survives only the framework of the portal stone topped by a yellow Pietà, which curiously has been conserved to be raised on a small hill near the Chamousset Castle, the place called the Mazalière. We call these ruins "The door Brullioles.
• Mount Pothu: Mount Pothu (818 meters) with basaltic rocks (commonly known as bluestone) and Pierre Pothu traditionally associated with an ancient Druid altar, are crowned with legends. Gargantua it would be played with the devil. Stone was associated with the cult of fertility until the mid 20th century, young couples had to dance, some gain happiness and prosperity.
• Castle Charfetain: It was built in several stages. It was Jacques Coeur, the famous silversmith Charles VII, who exploited the silver mines at Pampailly Brussieu, which is responsible for the construction of the castle and the chapel where one can still see the arms of great silversmith. The castle, a stronghold of Charfetain, belonged in the second half of the 17th century and most of the 18th century to the Frere family provides several aldermen in the city of Lyon. During the Revolution, the house and land were sold as national property. Currently, Charfetain more like a mansion and one can notice the entrance gate and the chapel which was attached in 1733, the parish Brussieu.
• The site of the 3 chapels Fontanière Jean-Marie, born in 1831, was deeply religious. He settled at a place called Vaux. In 1891, he was surprised by a violent storm while returning from wood Fayes and almost get killed. The next year to show his gratitude, he built on the hill overlooking the village crosses visible from his house. Near this place, he built three small shrines: one dedicated to the Immaculate Conception, the second at St. Anthony of Padua and the third to the Sacred Heart.
• La Chapelle Saint-Roch: It was erected in 1759 to protect the village of contagious diseases and pestilence. She has a beautiful altar with statues of St. Roch, St. Catherine of Alexandria and Saint Blaise.
• The Agricultural Museum Cadole: An old farmer has created a real barn memories by assembling a collection of old farm machinery and tools used by the modernization of the countryside and an exhibition of stone from around the world.
