Small village of 209 inhabitants, located on the scenic route of the Allier, on the border of the Allier and the Loire Valley, along the canal from Roanne to Digoin. Town situated on the circuit of Romanesque churches and on the tourist route of the Allier, in the extreme south west of the Saone-et-Loire in the Charollais Brionnais.
