Station winter and summer, Bernex is 10 minutes from Evian and beaches of Lake Leman, 14 km from Chatel Avoriaz, along the Swiss border, 45 minutes from Geneva. The town is located in the center of a circle of mountains, the valley is wide and very sunny. The habitat is traditional: only stone houses or cottages.

Bernex is dominated by the Dent d'Oche: beautiful hiking can be done without difficulty, with shelter at the top. From there a panoramic view of Switzerland, Lake Geneva, Mont Blanc and the Jura mountains.
