The Moutonnades of St Bartholomew. By 1910, Bénévent-l'Abbaye, which has made a specialty of trade in food animals, especially sheep, sent annually to the major centers, including Paris, 25 000 to 30 000 head of cattle. The purpose of this event is to put forward the history of sheep Bénévent-l'Abbaye on the basis of a festive program.
