Belfahy is the highest village in Haute-Saone (850 meters on average). Belfahy is also the land of wild blueberries, just to be convinced to take a few steps off the beaten to end up surrounded by blueberry. Small precision, picking the wild blueberry is free but very regulated and controlled. Find out!

The church was built in the 19th century. You can see many sculptures and furniture from the 17th and 18th centuries.

Hiking trails are set in the forests surrounding Belfahy. They can reach many points of view of the town, with views over the valley Rahin, the thousand lakes and even the Alps (on a clear day). In winter, these hikes can be practiced with snowshoes.

In Biological Reserve Belfahy are some of the latest grouse (capercaillie or) from France, and a volcanic rock called Belfahy of Labradorite.

The Blueberry Festival is held annually the last Sunday of July and attracts thousands of people. You can taste the specialties of blueberries: cakes (the traditional blueberry pie), syrups, candy, alcohol ... Artisans exhibitors from all over France are present.
