Artalens-Souin is a pleasant and quiet village clinging to the mountain. It overlooks the valley of mountain streams and is situated on the territory of "Davantaygue" which means "to water", because the Pau river flows through the valley.

Artalens-Souin benefits from its location with an excellent sunshine, there is a panoramic viewpoint over the valley and mountain streams of the surrounding mountains.

Artalens-Souin owns several mills along a small creek (grist mill and oil).
