Artalens-Souin is a quiet and pleasant village clinging to the mountainside. It overlooks the valley of Gaves and is located on the territory of "Davantaygue" which means "the other side of the water, because the Pau river flows through the valley.

Artalens-Souin benefits from its location in an excellent sunshine, it is a real viewpoint on Gaves valley and surrounding mountains.

Artalens-Souin owns several mills along a small creek (grist mill and oil).
